I usually get a lot of questions from my clients before every shoot. That's why I decided to write down all the helpful tips I have, and hopefully this information will help you and make our shoot a relaxed and comfortable experience.
Photography is a way of feeling, touching and loving.
What should I wear?
Clothes to be arranged in advance but in general, no printed clothing, earthy solid colors. (No bold colors or large lettering)
How long will it take to receive the photos?
I try to deliver the photos within a month after our meeting, if for some reason it is longer, you will of course be informed.
How does the photoshoot work?
Before the shoot, I like to get to know my clients, either in person or online, to clarify what your ideas are and discuss more details.
What happens if I get sick on the due date?
If it happens that you can't make it to the shoot, it's ok I'll be happy to work out a new date with you! However, please inform me at least 3 days in advance.
Deposit
1. I require a deposit prior to each scheduled shoot to guarantee the booking of the date. This deposit helps ensure that I have a firm commitment from the client and also allows me to block out that time for them.
2. The deposit is important because if the client doesn't show up for the scheduled date or doesn't give timely notice of cancellation, the deposit is not made and serves as compensation for lost time and potential revenue.
3. If clients give proper notice, which includes a minimum of three days prior to the scheduled shoot, we can work together to find a suitable new date for the shoot. However, if the shoot is cancelled completely and clients comply with the minimum notice period, their deposit will be refunded. This is to ensure fairness to clients who find themselves in unplanned situations.
